Shipping 

Please allow 7-10 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Please include a monitored contact method with your order (phone or email) so that we may reach you in the event of delays.

We are currently only shipping within the UK and Ireland. If you would like to place an order to be shipped overseas, please email shop@mathewsons.co.uk

We are not responsible for custom or duty fees associated with international shipment, nor any delays or additional fees incurred by returned parceles. 

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

Any returns must be agreed with the company and returned in their original condition. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using recorded delivery - customers are liable for the loss of the products in transit.
